Product design sprint

Innovative companies use product design sprints to define new products, improve existing products, and test ideas in a low-cost, low-risk environment. We can provide a dose of certainty before you invest in building your digital product.

Let’s discuss your next project

A shortcut to product validation.

A product design sprint eliminates the endless-debate cycle and compresses months of work into four intensive days. The sprint allows you to fast-forward to consider a finished product and customer feedback—before making any commitments.

At the end of the four days, you will have a digital prototype that will be tested by real users, rather than letting the market decide how good your product is after a large investment.

With the help of intuitive, collaborative tools, Kiandra has adapted the product design sprint to be equally successful online as in-person.

DAY 1 - WHOLE TEAM

Define, map and sketch

The first day of the product design sprint is all about defining and mapping the challenge and brainstorming solutions. Everyone will have the chance to contribute to solving the problem.

DAY 2 - WHOLE TEAM

Decide and storyboard

Together, we will combine the best elements of our sketches to create a storyboard of the solution, which will form the basis of our prototype.

DAY 3 - KIANDRA TEAM

Prototype

We do the heavy lifting and start working on the prototype. We’ll check in with you during the day, and by the end of the day, the prototype is ready to be tested.

DAY 4 - STAKEHOLDERS AND USER TESTING

User testing to validate your digital product

On the last day, we will test the prototype with test subjects from your target audience. We will validate if they can use the product and if it helps them solve the problem.
